It's a snake draft. On your turn you can pick any team from any of the season's sports — pick strategically, save sports for later, or grab the bargain that's about to be sniped. Once a team is picked in a private league, no other player in that league can have it. The order reverses each round so nobody gets stuck with last pick every time. By the end, every player has one team in every sport.How long does the draft take?
Most leagues finish the full draft in one evening. Speed depends on your group, but expect 1–2 hours for a full 16-player league.What can I pick?
